We currently collect and process the following information:

• Contact information (usually just an email address, but in some cases may need a phone number or postal address, e.g. for invoicing purposes)
• Any personal (e.g. age) and health information you disclose in relation to a consultation (either in our meeting, or via other contact methods)

This website is hosted by GoDaddy and Long Covid Scientific Consultancy do not access data that is collected by them, such as information collected from cookies. 

Long Covid Scientific Consultancy use Square-up as a payment service. Square-up handle any banking information. The only information Long Covid Scientific Consultancy receive from Square-up is information you would naturally expect us to receive as part of this service, such as your name and email address (i.e. not your bank details).  

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

• So we can organise your consultation
• Invoice you (if applicable)
• Send you a report or further information (if applicable)

We use the information that you have given us in order to:

• Discuss your health condition as the main aim of the service
• Provide you with an online consultation link
• Invoice you (if applicable)
• Write a personal report (if applicable)
• Contact you with further information about your case if needed

We may share this information with:

• With other health professionals or scientists, but only with your written permission first

You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.

  Your information is securely stored. 

We will keep your personal, contact, and health information for up to 5 years after our last contact about your case. Your data will be stored either in our inbox (Microsoft 365) or on a password protected laptop in a password protected file, backed up regularly on an encrypted memory stick. We will then dispose of your information by deleting the files using a secure tool designed to permanently remove data from hard drives, and by deleting any emails we have stored from you.
